Trial Period: We provide a 100-night trial period starting from the day your mattress is delivered. We believe this period allows you to fully adjust to your new mattress and make an informed decision about whether it’s the right fit for you.
Return Process: If you decide that your Comfy Sleep Mattress isn’t the perfect fit within the 100-night trial period, we will arrange for a hassle-free return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange for the mattress to be picked up from your home at no additional cost.
Condition of the Mattress: We ask that the mattress be in donatable condition to be eligible for a return. This means the mattress should be clean, free of damage, and in a condition that it can be donated to a charity. Comfy Sleep Mattress reserves the right to refuse a return if the mattress does not meet these conditions.
Refund Policy: Once the mattress is received and inspected, we will process your refund in full to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
Exclusions: Custom-size or modified mattresses are not eligible for the 100-night trial and cannot be returned or refunded.
